Wash every 7 to 10 days
Sulphate-free shampoo, working down the hair, never in circles.

Condition every wash
Leave it in for 10 minutes. Deep condition every other week.

Detangle from the ends
Wide-tooth comb on wet, conditioned hair, working up to the root.

Curl on a medium heat
Use heat protectant and let each curl cool in your hand before you let go. That sets it for longer.

Before you order
How long does my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 weeks. You'll get an email with your Royal Mail tracking number once your hair is on its way.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is £5.99 by Royal Mail Tracked 48, signed for on arrival. Free on orders over £250.
How many bundles do I need?
Most full sew-ins use 3 bundles up to 22", and 4 for 24" and longer. If you want extra fullness, add one more. Not sure? Message us on Instagram or TikTok @hairvault.studio and we'll help you plan it.
Can I colour it?
Yes, by a professional. Raw hair takes colour well, but colouring or bleaching is at your own risk and isn't covered by our quality guarantee.
What if something's wrong with my hair?
Check your bundles before install. If you notice heavy shedding from the weft or matting after normal washing, contact us within 14 days of install with photos or video and we'll replace faulty bundles.
Can I return it?
Unopened bundles can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Once opened or installed, hair can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
